I decided since its been a month i should take a progress photo. After feeling I’ve gained weight, it’s really nice to see this. Its not much but I can see the difference

Sometimes, I find some girls “after” shots to be really gross compared to their before shots. I’m glad you’ve lost weight and such, but you had such a beautiful and strong looking body beforehand.

VIBRANT VEGGIE CHICKEN SALAD
If you think you need to incorporate more veggies into your day, have this salad for lunch! Chop up and mix together some:
Cucumber
Carrot
Celery
Peppers
Radish
1/2 chicken breast
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp bbq sauce (optional)

I might make this for lunch tomorrow, seriously craving fresh vegies

Unpopular Opinion Time:
I don’t like the biggest loser and I never have. Their motivation to lose weight is because they hate themselves. They don’t stand on those scales and cry because they are happy, they aren’t. The funny thing is, it’s not the weight making them cry, it’s a mentality, fair enough they may be unhealthy and need a life style change but shaming them on national TV just isn’t a way I believe people should go about. They put them on show to make money from and to shame anyone overweight into thinking they should be unhappy and definitely get a PT. My other biggest problem is the amount of time they have to lose the weight. It’s ridiculous. That amount of stress on the body can’t be good for anyone, I don’t care if they have a PT or whatever, it’s such a rapid loss of weight, and for what? to be praised you’re no longer fat by a nation who will eventually forget about you.
URGH.

/end rant.

NB: not going to re-read it and posting as is. Sorry if it doesn’t link up at all. Just mad because people follow it like a cult and it’s not mentally healthy.

BANANAS ARE GOOD FOR YOU! BUT OF COURSE, YOU KNEW THAT…

No seriously, you should try to have at least one banana a day!

Here’s why:

Although they do contain natural sugar, they contain NO FAT
They contain around 16% of your vitamin C and 20% of your B6 recommended daily intake
They’re really good for your heart, bones, nerves, blood and kidneys
They are a good source of dietary fibre which can lower the risk of heart disease and diabetes
One medium banana contains only 110 cals…that’s only 10-15 minutes of walking at a rapid pace!
Here’s how:

Add them to your cereal, fruit salad, muffins, yoghurt, smoothies
Mash them up and freeze them for a creamy icy dessert
yay nanners!

Man, nana’s just became sooooo much yummier haha.
